Inspired by the calm strength of the surrounding mountains, Uinta’s Edge Yoga is a peaceful and inclusive space for movement, healing, and connection. Classes are guided with an emphasis on mindful movement, nervous system support, community, and overall wellbeing. Wellness here is approachable, inclusive, and nourishing — never intimidating. A place to move gently, grow steadily, and feel at home in your body. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

An all levels pain free class that will nourish your body, mind and spirit. Muscle activation principles will allow you to experience postures on a new level. We will work every major muscle group and end with a long, well deserved savasana.
Gentle Yoga
A nourishing class focused on slowing down and tuning in. Using a mix of styles, you’ll explore easeful movement, breath awareness, and restful poses to support recovery and overall wellbeing.
Mindful Morning Yoga
Opening with guided meditation and breathwork then moving into intentionally sequenced postures to enliven and align the body to the mind.
