Our day will consist of teaching & framing what a journey is, how we set it up, and how to safely & effectively guide people into & out of different consciousness states & realms where they will gain wisdom, insight, & receive aspects of themselves that support their journey & soul's evolution.

You will receive a packet of outlined journeys you can take with you & begin to incorporate right away into your practice or classes..

Breath of Resilience: A Journey with Juniper's Spirit

In this active meditation, we will use our breath to cultivate a powerful channel of energy that connects both the Earth and the Heavens through our bodies as conduits. You’ll learn to work with your energetic anatomy, increasing your life force energy while releasing stagnation and density. As the practice transitions into meditative stillness, you'll be guided on an inner journey to connect with different qualities of yourself, bringing heightened awareness to the subtle aspects of your being.

This session’s theme focuses on connecting with the spirit essence of Juniper, an ancient plant ancestor. Juniper offers us the gift of resilience, helping us tap into the healing medicine of our soul’s journey. Using aromatherapy with juniper oil during the meditation, we will invite its spirit essence to inform and guide us directly, deepening our experience of connection and inner transformation.
