Releasing Shame To Root To Rise

We create a deep, sacred space as we explore the pelvic floor & throat's functional anatomy with our breath. We will relate this physical anatomy to the emotional-spiritual body through movement, discussion, journaling, meditation, and 9D transformational breathwork. This will be held in a ceremonial process in which we release what no longer serves to safely express our authentic selves.
People will leave with a new set of tools and educational material to bolster their new resolve.
