Refund Policy

At The Shamanic Healing Institute of Learning, we are committed to providing high-quality programs, courses, and sessions designed to support personal transformation and spiritual growth. We value your investment in your healing journey and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Private Sessions

  • Refunds for one-on-one private sessions are available if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Online Courses & Programs

  • Due to the digital nature and immediate access to course materials, all online course purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience technical difficulties or believe there was an error in your transaction, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

Live Events & Workshops

  • Refunds are available for event registrations cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event start date.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person with written notice.

  • If an event is cancelled by the Institute, a full refund will be issued.

 

Subscription-Based Offerings

  • If enrolled in a recurring subscription (e.g., membership access), you may cancel at any time. Your access will remain valid until the end of the billing cycle.

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused content.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us at dannielle@shamanictwist.com with your full name, order details, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
