Classes for Everyone
Our classes are designed to support every body and every season of life

Jen G

Jen invites her students to come to the mat with curiosity rather than performance. Her style brings a gentle invitation to let the body be the teacher, awareness the guide. In her classes you can expect a gentle flow that invites the use of props, mindfulness practices, like opening meditation and breath work, a slow and gentle build of heat, and a long Savasana at the end.
Nirvana

Nirvana believes that yoga is a healer - spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Facing a new era in her career she found yoga as a natural and joyful practice to center her. Her passion for learning and ongoing studies have explored the vagus nerve, psoas, fascia, mudras. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, and supportive practice encouraging growth... and hopefully some laughter along the way.
Nick

In 2014, Nick was introduced to Baptiste yoga and completed his YTT that same year. To him yoga is intentional movement that invites a creativity and play. Expect dynamic power flows exploring something new; come back to center and build heat with big powerful movements to hydrate the myofascial tissue for an empowering self challenge.
His goal is to share the powerful impacts yoga has had on his life in hopes others find something similar.
Rachel

Guided by sound as much as sensation, Rachel loves creating playlists that inspire joyful, embodied movement and effortless flow. Her classes blend alignment, strength and dynamic flow to create classes that support both the body and nervous system. Expect clear cueing, intentional challenge that leaves you feeling grounded, energized, and empowered.
Jen M

As a lifelong lover of all things active, Jen discover yoga as a perfect complement to her other endeavors about 15 years ago. Drawn to the slower pace, mindful movements and focus on the breath, her classes share her passion with a fun and approachable flow for all levels. Her intention is to leave you feeling more connected to your mind, your body and your community as a whole.
Amber B

Introduced to yoga as a form of fitness, Amber quickly learned how powerful yoga can actually be. Whether it’s gentle yoga or power yoga, she teaches with intention, thoughtfulness and heart. She structures and guides classes to help everyone feel better walking out of the studio than they did walking in. “Yoga opened my body, my heart, my soul. It helped me find myself and I hope it helps you.”
Kirk

After years of practicing yoga, Kirk did his teacher training in Costa Rica which included Applied Yoga Anatomy with Muscle Activation (AYAMA). His classes will lead you to understand why we move into poses and how to gain the most from your time on the mat. He believes that strengthening our joints will lead us to increased mobility and happiness. While not practicing, he enjoys everything this mountain life offers with my wife and family. “We love our summers on the lake!”
Taryn

With a background in Exercise and Sports Science and Nutrition, Taryn has been working in fitness since 2007. Her classes offer a supportive, encouraging style with strong technique for functional fitness. Students can expect clear instruction and thoughtful modifications. Her goal is to help people build strength, confidence, and a better connection to their bodies in classes that are both challenging and approachable.
Amy

Amy believes yoga is a practice of connection, awareness, and meeting yourself wherever you are. Her classes are grounded, welcoming, playful, and accessible to all levels. She blends mindful movement, breath, and thoughtful sequencing. Students can expect a supportive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Her intention is to help each student find their own unique expression of the practice and move with greater ease and connection to their bodies.
