Medicine Wheel Commitment

Enrollment in the Shamanic Twist Medicine Wheel reserves your place for the complete four-direction journey. The $3,100 tuition is for the full Medicine Wheel experience and is not divided into individual direction-by-direction purchases.

We understand that life changes and sometimes circumstances arise that simply cannot be anticipated. Our intention is to honor both the commitment you are making to this work and the space Shamanic Twist reserves for you throughout the journey.

I understand that I am enrolling in and committing to the complete four-direction Medicine Wheel and that the $3,100 tuition is for the full journey.

Transfers & Changing Your Schedule

If circumstances prevent you from beginning or completing your scheduled Medicine Wheel, please contact us.

Whenever possible, we will work with you to find another way forward. This may include a one-time transfer to another available track, class, or Medicine Wheel year, depending on where you are in the journey and space available.

If you have already begun the Medicine Wheel, we may also be able to move your remaining directions into another cycle rather than requiring you to start over.

Life happens. We want to have a policy that creates clarity for everyone while still leaving room for conversation and real-life circumstances.

Cancellation & Refunds

Because enrollment reserves your place in the complete Medicine Wheel, choosing to withdraw does not automatically create a refund of tuition or eliminate your financing obligation.

If circumstances arise that make it impossible for you to continue or transfer your enrollment, please contact us directly. We are willing to have a conversation and consider individual circumstances.

Any directions or classes already attended must be paid in full. Depending upon the circumstances, Shamanic Twist may consider an adjustment or partial refund of remaining eligible tuition. Any such adjustment is made individually and at the discretion of Shamanic Twist and is not guaranteed.

About Affirm Financing

Affirm is a third-party financing provider. Your financing and repayment agreement is between you and Affirm and is separate from your enrollment agreement with Shamanic Twist.

Affirm determines your eligibility, available payment plans, payment amounts, interest rates and other financing terms. Shamanic Twist does not determine or control the financing options Affirm offers you.

Choosing Affirm as your method of payment does not change the enrollment, cancellation, transfer or refund terms of the Medicine Wheel.

If you withdraw from the Medicine Wheel or transfer your enrollment to another track, class or year, your Affirm financing agreement is not automatically cancelled or paused. You remain responsible for payments to Affirm according to the terms of your financing agreement.

If Shamanic Twist approves a partial or full tuition refund under our Cancellation & Transfer Policy, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment transaction and handled according to the applicable QuickBooks and Affirm refund process.

I understand that Affirm is a third-party financing provider and that my financing agreement is between me and Affirm.

I understand that transferring or withdrawing from the Medicine Wheel does not automatically cancel or pause my Affirm financing agreement.

I understand that any refund or tuition adjustment must first be approved by Shamanic Twist according to the Cancellation & Transfer Policy.

Final Acknowledgment

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Medicine Wheel enrollment, cancellation, transfer and payment terms above.
