CREATION

Summer is upon us – we are creeping our way toward Summer Solstice – the official start of summer – the longest day of the year!  Hello Sunshine – welcome back in your full force my friend – you have been missed. As we begin our entry into summer, this month we are working with the theme of Creation. As the days get longer and the sun gets stronger – we can use the energy of the sun to fuel our own lives and work with the forces of creation and manifestation – which are in play all the time. But this month we can bring our intentional focus to what we are creating.

We live in a malleable Universe – one that we get to co-create in – to be participatory in the creation of what we want to see in our lives.  As a many of us know – when working in partnership with the energy and forces of creation, this does not always guarantee the “exact” results of what we want down to the finest detail. But we can absolutely create and open up to have an expression-a version of what we want – and often a version we couldn’t even see was possible.

The trick to creation is going for the feeling of what we want and holding the exact image loosely so the emerging of what will be can actually come into form.  When we hold onto an exact image and detail it makes it harder in the creation process because we actually become rigid and limited in our thought process of what it “needs” to look like.  But when we open up and focus on the qualities, focus on how we want to feel, how we would like the cadence of our days and weeks to flow, what area of our lives we want creation to come in, then we have much more room for the birth of what we are wanting to create and manifest.

It is important to realize that we are creating all the time – we are never not creating. With this – as we look at the scope of what it is that is going on in our lives – we can begin to see where we create from infinite possibility and where perhaps we are creating from old patterns, wounding or limitation. If we look at the scope of our lives and see an area that we don’t feel in right relationship with, or it doesn’t reflect the feeling or expression we desire – then we can bring awareness to what is being created and begin creating something different.  Of course this is much easier to write in one sentence than it can be do actually do – but I am here to tell you it is absolutely possible. 

So, with the fullness of summer, the sun and the reigniting of our energies during this seasonal change – let us fire up the creation in each of us and bring in more of what we desire that is in alignment with our souls. Remember go with the general image – but focus on the feeling of what it is you are wanting to create. It could simply be more space in your life to spend time with people you enjoy, a greater sense of expansion, health, peace, or a full blown endeavor such as business idea, relationship etc.  We truly live in a world of infinite possibility within a malleable universe – have fun and dream big!
